Warrior Hong Kong – Frequently Asked Questions

CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

It is possible to pause your membership at Warrior Hong Kong for two reasons: if you are travelling for a period of 3 days or more or for medical reasons.

For travelling purposes:

Before you travel, please send the reception your flight details. The reception team will be able to pause your membership during your travel period.
Please note that depending on your membership type, you will be allowed a maximum number of times you can pause your membership for travel reasons. A membership can be paused for up to 3 months maximum.

Class packages:

5 classes: 1 pause allowed
10 classes: 1 pause allowed
20 classes: 2 pauses allowed
30 classes: 3 pauses allowed
50 classes: 4 pauses allowed

All-You-Can-Punch:

1 month: 1 pause
3 months: 2 pauses
6 months: 3 pauses

For medical reasons:

Please send to the reception your medical note to pause your membership. The medical note should include the name of the member/patient, the date, the condition and how long the member/patient must stay away from training.

Please note that your membership will be paused either from the date on the medical note or from the time the Warrior team is notified.

In the second case you can provide your medical note after you have been to the doctor.

Please email the team at reception@warriorhongkong.com to pause your membership along with your details and proof of travel/medical certificate.

CAN I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE A CLASS?

Yes of course! You can use our app, website or call reception to cancel a class up to 2 hours before the start of the class! If you cancel your class within that time window, the credit will be re-credited to your account. You can then reschedule your class.

You will not be able to cancel a class if you don’t do it within 2 hours of the start of the class and the credit will be deducted from your class packages. For members on unlimited packages, if you regularly cancel classes at the last minute or do not show up, you account may face booking restrictions.

CAN I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?

Yes of course! Please make sure that either your trainer or the Warrior reception team are informed. You can use our app, website or call reception to cancel a class up to 6 hours before your appointment time! If you cancel your class within that time window, the PT credit will be re-credited to your account and you can then reschedule your class.

If you fail to cancel a Personal Training appointment within the allocated time, you will not be able to cancel and the credit will be deducted from your PT package.
